  • Bachelors degree or any qualification at Level 6 or 5 years managerial experience (evaluated on a case-by-case basis). The entry to Stage 2 of the programme is considered on a case by case basis for direct applicants.

- Resourcing, Talent Management and Development
- Performance Management
- Employee Relations
- Investigating a business issue from an HR perspective
- (Successful completion of Stage 1 leads to progression to Stage 2)

Stage 2: (Duration: 12 months / Delivered by university)
- Research Methods for Business Management
- Dissertation Project
- (Successful completion of Stage 2 leads to award of Degree by the university)

The assessment is done via submission of assignment. There are no written exams.
