  • Level 4 NQF/QCF/RQF Diploma / Certificate / Award or any equivalent qualification and Learner must be 18 years or older at the beginning of the course OR;

  • The Diploma is awarded by an Ofqual regulated awarding body where as the Professional Certificate is awarded by the London School of Planning and Management.
